BREAKING NEWS!!!

A combination of Acai and Colon Cleansers can help you lose weight fast!

Step 1: Acai Pure (Risk Free Trials Available)

Step 2: Colon Cleanse Elite (Risk Free Trials Available)

People have known the connection between acai and weight loss for quite a while now. And finally, people are also starting to catch on to the fact that acai berry weight loss also helps make (or at least support) a great colon cleanse.

Many of us don’t realize that a lot of that stubbornest weight, the weight around the middle, is actually a filled and stretched out colon (that’s the large intestines) and not body fat at all.

I know, it’s kind of disgusting when you think about it, that we carry around all this nasty much clogging our large intestines and bulging them out ever bigger and bigger. But hey, that’s all the more reason to do a colon cleanse.

And acai berry weight loss supports a colon cleanse by keeping your body nourished and strong as it undergoes a flushing out of built-up toxins inside (which can otherwise be a bit inconveniently tiring).

Oprah’s Dr. Perricone Studies Acai White Tea For Weight Loss

Thursday, February 19th, 2009

Acai White Tea, not to be confused with the Wu-Yi diet (as Wu-Yi is actually green tea and not white tea), is a more effective and nutritionally beneficial alternative to other diet and weight loss products like Hoodia, phentremine, and others.

There has been much anecdotal evidence on the amazing efficacy of acai white tea for losing weight, even moreso than by taking either acai berry supplements or drinking white tea alone. One such example involves a study of 100 different women conducted by none other than the physician made famous by Oprah Winfrey, Dr. Perricone. These 100 female subjects were studied over a three month period, during which half of the women consumed white tea while the other 50 took acai white tea supplements.

The women in the study were instructed to take their given supplement twice a day, once after waking up in the morning and once at night before going to bed, but to otherwise go about their daily lives as normal, eschewing any additional diet or exercise activity so as to determine the efficacy of the supplements alone.

After just the first month of this period, the subjects who took the acai white tea had already lost twice the amount of weight lost by the subjects who drank the white tea by itself. From this point, the Dr. instructed the women taking the white tea alone to commit to a workout regimen for 3 days each week, while the women taking the acai white tea supplements were instructed to continue life as usual without going on any additional exercise program.

Even after making this change, the women taking white tea alone still lost only half the weight lost by the women taking acai white tea.

For the third and final month, Dr. Perricone told the women taking acai white tea to cut their supplement dosage in half, and only then, after a month like that, did the women in both subject groups lose an equal amount of weight for that period.

All of this just goes to show that losing weight is more effective with acai white tea than with white tea alone.
